We completed a walk-around compliance inspection of the Subdivision on 9/13/2011. The results compared to the previous inspection conducted on 7/8/2011 show a tremendous improvement! CONGRATULATIONS Hampton Village!
VIOLATION ENFORCEMENT UPDATE: (9-17-2011)
Eight (8) letters (1st Notice of Violation) were mailed in July, along with eleven (11) certified letters (2nd Notice of Violation). Please do your part to help protect and enhance the value, attractiveness, and desirability of all the homes in Hampton Village. Honor your commitment (and your investment) and let's all work towards getting compliance to 100%.
HVHA will continue processing and applying the Violation Enforcement Policy in regards to non-compliance with the Act of Restrictions.
